Vision and Values
We believe every child’s education is a journey in which they are supported by the partnership of our community of children, parents/carers and staff. Throughout the journey at Rawdon Littlemoor we include
all children and give them the knowledge, skills and attributes they will need to be successful when they move onto the next stage of their education and in later life.
On the journey together we will:
• Put children at the heart of everything we do
• Build a community of children, parents/carers and staff
• Create a climate where individual talents are valued, individuality is respected and all feel accepted
• Grow children’s sense of responsibility to themselves, their family and friends, our school, our
community and our world
• Give children the skills to help themselves and ask for help when needed
• Prepare our children for life in modern Britain
• Teach children the value of collaboration and competition
• Take pride in achievements and celebrate others’ success
• Give children responsibility
• Have fun!
Our Learning will:
